THE AIM OF THE PROGRAMME

“Team building and management education programme” as a promoting aspect of the basis of communication in every sphere of life, aims to give participants the point of view, contributing them and their environment. It also offers reputation and efficiency for institutions with either individuals’ body language or image they project.

TRAINING OBJECTIVES

The education programme organized by “Swiss Academy” is based on the highest educational standards universally accepted.

“Team building and management education programme” provides people competence on effective team building and managing.

TRAINING PERIOD

The programme consists of both theoretical and practical knowledge, and takes a total amount of 2 days.

EDUCATIONAL DOCUMENTS

Documents include the most updated information and applications. All documents are given to the participants at the beginning of the training.

SUCCESS CRITERIA

Throughout the training, practices of participants are evaluated and relevant feedback is given. Participants are expected to gain success on all of the applications of the programme. Attendance is required for all stages of the training.

CERTIFICATION

Participants successfully completing the training are given a certificate of success on “Team building and management education programme”.  Swiss Academy –SWISS accredit the certificate, while it also covers educator’s signature. Participants successfully completing the training are announced on the website.
