THE AIM OF THE PROGRAMME

To make participants gain knowledge and skill to recognize themselves and their partners for an effective communication, to make them explore their own potentials and to support them in successfully managing their private and professional relationships.

TRAINING OBJECTIVES

“People recognition and effective communication education programme” makes participants attain skill on interpersonal communication.

Acquirements for participants successfully completing the programme:

• Participants realize that the facial lines that all people have are indeed mirrors of their personal characteristics.
• They comprehend the importance of face reading in duo relationships.
• They observe the reflections of mood onto the mimics and behavior.
• They have an opinion about body language signals.
• They have an opinion about signals aroused by gesture and mimics.
• They have an opinion about signals aroused by posture.
• They comprehend the importance of eyes and sights at communication.
• They learn the influence of tone of voice at communication.
• They comprehend the importance of outfit and appearance.
• They realize the messages sent through distances, handshakes and ways of sitting in body language.
• They understand how important body language signals are to manage duo relationships.
• They have an opinion about the totality and the details of today’s written, verbal, non-verbal and electronic communication.

TRAINING PERIOD

The programme consists of both theoretical and practical knowledge, and takes a total amount of 2 days.

EDUCATIONAL DOCUMENTS

• Documents include the most updated information and applications. All documents are given to the participants at the beginning of the training.

CERTIFICATION

Participants successfully completing the training are given a certificate of success on “People recognition and effective communication education programme”. “Health Education Center” and Swiss Academy –SWISS accredit the certificate, while it also covers educator’s signature. Participants successfully completing the training are announced on the website.
