THE AIM OF THE PROGRAMME

To make service providers attain the necessary knowledge and skill, so that the judgments about the patient match up with patient’s requests and needs.

TRAINING OBJECTIVES

Patient oriented service programme” makes participants gain skill on providing patients quality service.

Acquirements for participants successfully completing the programme:

  • Participants learn the definition of service.
  • They raise awareness on how to win at communication.
  • They become aware of the fact that employee problem is their problem.
  • They gain knowledge and skill on the significance of both caring for patient’s relative and body language.
  • They learn that the first step to understand is to listen.
  • They become aware of the importance at the “moments”.
  • They realize the importance of first impression at communication.
  • They learn the relation of satisfaction with patient’s expectations.
  • They realize that debonairness is an open sesame.

 

TRAINING PERIOD

The programme consists of both theoretical and practical knowledge, and takes a total amount of 2 days.

EDUCATIONAL DOCUMENTS

  • Documents include the most updated information and applications. All documents are given to the participants at the beginning of the training.

CERTIFICATION

Participants successfully completing the training are given a certificate of success on “Patient oriented service programme”.  Swiss Academy –SWISS accredit the certificate, while it also covers educator’s signature. Participants successfully completing the training are announced on the website.
